Refunds / Returns
According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council on consumer rights, the Client has the right to return the product to the Vendor within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the product without providing a reason. Expenses arising from returning the product to the Vendor are covered by the Client. The Client can return the product to the Vendor within 14 (fourteen) days of reception; the Vendor is obliged to return the Client money within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the returned product.
K-SEONG recommends that clients within 14 days after receiving the product check it for damage or other inefficiencies and contact us should they wish to return the product.
When returning the product, please pack the product back in its original packaging.
Please note that a courier is responsible for product’s external damage only and not its contents.

K-SEONG has the right to refuse to accept a returned product if the receipt proving the purchase cannot be produced, or the product has been used or damaged.
After returning the product, your money will be transferred back to your bank account.
Please be sure to film an unpacking video of your order to provide proof of missing items or missing inserts. We cannot offer refunds for missing content if items have been opened and/or proof of unpacking is not provided.
Minor packaging damage (as well as scratches, creases and dents) are excluded from complaints. The packaging serves to protect the product.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. All other costs will be refunded to the account of the original payment.
We recommend that you include a tracking number with your return, as we can no longer guarantee a refund in the event of loss by the post office.
